I used to use the 2-1-1 ratio but now I have tried this 4-1-1 ratio with more leucine and I like it better.

The tablets are very large, hard to swallow, otherwise it is a good product. I would try to divide them into 2 daily intakes instead of 3, as it is a bit cumbersome.

Las pastillas son muy grandes, cuesta tragarlas, por lo demás es buen producto. Intentaría dividirlas en 2 tomas diarias en vez de 3, ya que es un poco engorroso.
