Very effective

I have osteoporosis and I take calcium carbonate but I was not getting adequate calcium levels. By replacing it with citrate I have been able to maintain normal levels as it is more adequately absorbed. As it dissolves it has no taste when mixed with water or juice and is an easier way to dose. This is the second time I have bought it. Very good product.

Tengo osteoporosis y tomo carbonato de calcio pero no conseguía tener los niveles adecuados de calcio. Al sustituirlo por citrato he conseguido mantener los niveles normales al absorberse de forma más adecuada . Al disolverse no tiene sabor mezclado con agua o zumo y es una manera más fácil de dosificar. Ya es la segunda vez que lo compro. Muy buen producto.
