Basic but very useful for resting

I use it mainly to improve sleep and prevent cramps. It works well, although the taste is somewhat bitter and the presentation could be improved. Still, it is a simple and effective supplement that does its job.

Goodbye migraines

The truth is that it is a marvel. At first I bought it thinking about muscle relaxation and being able to sleep a little better. What I didn't know is that this presentation reaches 310mg of elemental magnesium, which is only 90 mg below what is considered a therapeutic dose for the prevention of migraines, so the frequency of migraines decreased. On the downside, the powder does not dissolve well.

La verdad es que es una maravilla. Al principio lo compré pensando en la relajación muscular y en poder dormir un poco mejor. Lo que yo no sabía es que esta presentación llega a los 310mg de magnesio elemental, que es solo 90 mg por debajo de lo que se considera dosis terapéutica para la prevención de las migrañas, así que la frecuencia de estas disminuyó. Lo malo, el polvo no se disuelve bien.

Magnesium citrate

Very good product, you can really feel the effect! I bought this magnesium and after a week I already started to notice the benefits: less cramps, better rest and more energy in general. It really works. The only downside is that the powdered form does not dissolve very well, so next time I will buy it in capsules, which is more practical for me. Anyway, very satisfied with the purchase.

Muy buen producto, ¡realmente se nota el efecto! Compré este magnesio y al cabo de una semana ya empecé a notar los beneficios: menos calambres, mejor descanso y más energía en general. Realmente funciona. La única pega es que la presentación en polvo no se disuelve del todo bien, por eso la próxima lo compraré en cápsulas, que me resulta más práctico. Igual, muy conforme con la compra.

All the reason in that it is a neutral flavor and that, from the first intake, it is noticed. In my case, the improvement in rest is abysmal, its effect is a 10 but it has a big but: It has a bad solubility. You are chewing dust. I find it very unpleasant. For everything else, a ten.
