I have methane sibo. When I am premenstrual it causes me a lot of intestinal discomfort no matter what I eat. I have been taking these probiotics for two weeks now and so far I have had no discomfort of any kind. It has reduced my bloating, I have no tummy aches and has improved my intestinal transit. I highly recommend it.
Tengo sibo metano. Cuando estoy en fase premenstrual me genera muchas molestias intestinales coma lo que coma. Llevo dos semanas tomando estos probióticos y de momento no he tenido molestias de ningún tipo. Ha reducido mi hinchazón, no tengo dolores de barriga y ha mejorado mi tránsito intestinal. Essential Defense and infection prevention

My wife says they are effective
We bought them to take after treatment for Helicobacter Pylori eradication and they have worked very well for my wife. She has had no problems with yeast infections or anything else, and in fact, she feels much better in her tummy and stomach. After finishing the bottle, she has decided to go back to taking them on a regular basis.
