After taking two bottles of 100b UFC, I have switched to this maintenance dose, and so far so good. Many of my gastrointestinal discomforts have stayed away, I haven't caught a cold all year and spring has passed with almost no discomfort.

Super recommended (skin, digestive, vaginal, everything).
I had never taken probiotics exclusively for women and it has been a success. For two reasons, 1. I recommend it if you do not tolerate probiotics at all (something that happens to me with some) because this probiotic has very little dose - so your gut will tolerate it better. 2. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my intestines and my skin (something I never expected).
Nunca había tomado probióticos exclusivos para mujeres y ha sido todo un acierto. Por dos motivos,
1. Os lo recomiendo si no tolerais del todo los probioticos (algo que a mi me pasa con algunos) ya que este probiótico tiene muy poca dosis- por lo que vuestra tripa lo tolerara mejor.
2. He notado MUCHISIMA mejora a nivel intestinal y en mi piel (algo que no esperaba ni de broma).
