I don't like to take a lot of pills but I suffer from anxiety and insomnia many nights (I used to be controlled with medication). After discharging me and stopping the medication these help me sleep like a baby when I need it. I don't take them regularly.
No me gusta tomar muchas pastillas pero sufro de ansiedad e insomnio muchas noches (antes estaba controlada con medicación). Tras darme el alta y dejar la medicación estas me ayudan a dormir como un bebe cuando lo necesito. No las tomo habitualmente.
