There are 32 egg whites, which comes in handy because I eat about 29 a week. The downside is that once opened you have to consume it in 24-48 hours, so either you leave the meals prepared or you will have to throw away more than half of the jar. It would be great if they made jars of 16 instead of 32 or if they lasted 96 hours, like some of the supermarkets...
