Super recommended

I had been since January with a sacred intermenstrual, probably from stress as I am changing habits and although they are healthy my body does not see it that way hahahahahaha, well two-three weeks taking it and it has been removed. Llevaba desde enero con un sagrado intermenstrual, seguramente del estrés ya que estoy cambiando habitos y aunque sean saludables mi cuerpo no lo ve así jajajajaja, pues dos-tres semanas tomandomelo y se me ha quitado. Me tomo una capsula a diario, de momento seguire así. Os lo recomiendo un monton, en cuanto a dolores o sindrome premenstrual no he notado tanto. También lo he combinado con Omega 3.
