I was consuming this product in powder form and the truth is that I did not see any effect. I decided to try it in these capsules and I do notice it in the rest, deeper, I wake up more rested. Of course, I am alternating it with lavender, magnesium and other supplements so that the body does not get used to it and it stops having an effect.

Estuve consumiendo este producto en polvo y la verdad que no veía efecto. Me decidí a probarlo en estas cápsulas y sí que lo noto en el descanso, más profundo, me levanto más descansada. I sleep much better and in the evening I get to rest very quickly no nervousness or similar top product I would buy again.
