I decided to try them because I had read that they helped with digestion and appetite control. What I noticed is that after heavy meals I no longer feel so much bloating, and it also helps me not to snack so much between meals. I like that it comes in capsules because I never liked liquid vinegar because of its strong taste and acidity. Of course, don't expect miracles to lose weight.

Decidí probar porque había leído que ayudaban con la digestión y el control del apetito. Lo que noté es que después de las comidas pesadas ya no siento tanta hinchazón, y también me ayuda a no picar tanto entre horas. Me gusta que venga en cápsulas porque el vinagre líquido nunca me gustó por el sabor fuerte y la acidez. Eso sí, no esperes milagros para adelgazar.

Efficient and convenient

I have hypochlorhydria and sibo and therefore very bad digestion. I used to take it by spoonfuls, but in capsules it is much more convenient. I will continue to buy it.

Tengo hipoclorhidria y sibo y por lo tanto muy malas digestiones. Lo tomaba a cucharadas, pero en cápsulas es mucho mas cómodo. Lo seguiré comprando.
