It is a thermogenic that you have to be responsible when using it and have experience with other supposedly only give my personal opinion but for this topic I prefer that everyone evaluate it with experts on the subject, to me it gives me a plus of energy to make long walks and in turn try to be in shape more or less others use it as supposedly seems to do other types of exercises.

Es un termogénico que hay que tener responsabilidad al usarlo y tener experiencia con otros supuestamente solo doy mi opinión personal pero para este tema prefiero que cada uno lo valore con gente experta en el tema,a mí me da un plus de energía para hacer largas caminatas y a su vez intentar estar en forma más o menos otros lo utilizan según supuestament parece para hacer otro tipo de ejercicios.

Thermogenic and pre-workout all in one

I consider it one of the best thermogenics on the market. In my case I use it all year round as a pre-workout and the sensations are very good thanks to the capsaicin.

I've been taking them for 2 months on training days and I don't notice a greater punch, nor a feeling of satiation...nor any of the effects described in the product. Reading the reviews of Evoburn, I think that next time, I will try that one to see how it works. The capsules are of medium size and are very easy to swallow.

Llevo 2 meses tomándolos días de entreno y no noto ni mayor punch, ni sensación de saciación...ni ningún efecto de los que se describe en el producto. Leyendo las opiniones de Evoburn, creo que la próxima vez, probaré con ese a ver que tal. Las cápsulas son de tamaño medio y se tragan muy fácil.
