Good but I have too much melatonin

It works and is great for those who want an all-in-one before bed, but I would appreciate a melatonin-free version for those of us who are negatively affected by it, in the same way that HSN has caffeine-free products. Perhaps a more stress-oriented all-in-one during the day would be best!

Funciona y es estupendo para los que quieren un todo en uno antes de dormir, pero agradecería una versión sin melatonina para las personas a las que nos afecta negativamente, de la misma manera que HSN tiene productos sin cafeína. Quizá lo mejor sería un todo en uno más orientado a estrés durante el día!

Effectiveness more than expected

I found it super useful, even more than some melatonin capsules that I had at home, having several components I guess it will be more effective. The taste for me is sweet without being cloying.

Helps you rest better

I have been taking the infusion before going to sleep for a few days and I have noticed the effects. In the morning I wake up better and much more rested. The taste is very pleasant. I will buy it more often.

Llevo unos días tomando la infusión antes de dormir y si noté los efectos. Por la mañana me levanto mejor y mucho más descansada. El sabor es muy agradable. La compraré más veces.
