Interesting alternative
First experience with this protein. Good texture and easy dissolution. Quite satiating. The problem may be in the taste, or almost its absence. Solution.... I am taking it with gazpacho. Incredible result. I have to try it with vegetable broth as well. Surely it is not the best option to take to the gym, but at home and as a complement or protein reinforcement of the diet.
Primera experiencia con esta proteína. Buena textura y fácil disolución. Bastante saciante. El problema puede estar en el sabor, o casi su ausencia. Solución....la estoy tomando con gazpacho. Increíble el resultado. He de probarlo con caldo de verduras también. Seguramente no es la mejor opción para llevar al gimnasio, pero en casa y como complemento o refuerzo proteico de la dieta.
