Very good

I started taking it for my digestion problems and for my period. As far as digestion is concerned, I haven't noticed a big difference (I think the problem is celiac disease), but as far as menstruation is concerned, it has been great to take it together with INOSITOL, the pain and abdominal inflammation have been greatly reduced.

Empecé a tomarlo para mis problemas de digestión y para la regla. En cuanto a la digestión, no he notado una gran diferencia (creo que el problema es celiaquía), pero en cuanto a la menstruación, me ha ido genial tomarlo junto al INOSITOL, se me han reducido muchísimo los dolores y la inflamación abdominal.
