To me, it gives me a plus, in the gym, I recommend it, a very good product, I take two an hour before exercise, and another before bedtime, I recommend it 100%.

Seems to work

I don't know if it's mental, but since I've been taking it I've noticed that I throw more weight in my exercises. We will have to stop taking it for a while and see if it really fulfills its function or not. For now it seems to work in that sense.

No sé si será mental, pero desde que la tomo he notado que tiro mas peso en los ejercicios. Habrá que dejar de tomarla un tiempo y ver realmente si cumple con su función o no. Por ahora parece que funciona en ese sentido.

Good product

I take a couple of capsules before training and it works pretty well. Pretty good format with 200 capsules.
