It really works, but without making you feel cardio! It's noticeable and gives you that push to train for the whole session without ups and downs. The mango and black currant are my favorite. The taste is pleasant and not cloying. Suitable for those of us who like to start the day at the gym and not worry about the effects of caffeine if you train in the afternoon. Recommended.
Funciona de verdad pero sin ponerte cardíaco!! Se nota y te da ese empujón para entrenar durante toda la sesión sin altibajos. El de mango y grosella negra son mis favoritos. One of my favorite pre

I think it's good
I think it's good, but I only received one sample and I didn't feel any difference in my training. The packaging is good for 30g samples. For larger quantities, the bottle is recommended as the seal on the packets breaks very easily.
Acredito que seja bom mas só recebi uma amostra e não senti qualquer diferença no meu treino. A embalagem é bom para amostras de 30g. Para maiores quantidades, o frasco é recomendável pois o fecho dos pacotes estraga-se com muita facilidade.
