Uncomfortable format

I like to take liquid vitamin D but I find this format super uncomfortable. I thought it would come with a dropper or something but no, you have to shake the bottle up and down a thousand times until you get the drops you need.

Me gusta tomar la vitamina D líquida pero este formato me parece súper incómodo. Pensaba que traería un gotero o algo pero no, hay que estar zarandeado el bote arriba y abajo mil veces hasta que salen las gotas que necesitas.
