I have the feeling that it improves my sleep.

I take Gaba about 30 minutes before I go to sleep. I don't feel any significant improvement in falling asleep, but I think it helps me sleep through the night.

Improves my sleep

I sleep significantly deeper after one capsule. However, I only take them when needed, because otherwise the effect wears off.

Ich schlafe nach einer Kapsel deutlich tiefer. Allerdings nehme ich die nur bei Bedarf, weil sonst die Wirkung nachlässt.

It works

I take it during the week because I have trouble sleeping, it doesn't make me drowsy in the morning. I alternate it with melatonin on weekends.
