It is not clear to me

Good price certainly better than any of those that you will find in physical store. Very low dose of melatonin. There are days that I have noticed some relaxation and days that nothing. I would not be clear about its effectiveness.

Buen precio desde luego mejor que cualquiera de las que te encontraras en tienda física. Dosis de melatonina muy baja. Hay días que he notado algo de relajación y días que nada . No tendría claro su efectividad.

I have been using melatonin with 1mg dosage for a month or so and some benefit can be seen already. Limpression is that you can get to the falling asleep phase a little faster.
