This multivitamin with iron from Swanson has everything I need for my day-to-day life. As it comes in tablet form, we can even cut it in half for those who find the dosages too high. Very good.

I feel bad
I had high hopes for them as they seem to be very complete (for my little knowledge) but I have not finished them as they stick in my stomach and feel bad. I have tried but they don't do me any good.
