Good quality product, helps you to fall asleep

The product is of high quality and Swanson is an internationally recognized brand. I use inositol along with HSN brand magnesium bisglycinate one hour before bedtime. It calms them down and helps them fall asleep.

Good product and good quantity per capsule. If you need more than 2 capsules, better to take the powder version of HSN.

Buen prodcuco y buena cantidad por capsula. Si necesitas mas de 2 capsulas, mejor tomar la version en polvo de HSN

Good Concentration

Very good concentration of Inositol per capsule, and it is appreciated, because I prefer products in encapsulated format rather than powder, they are more practical. Regarding its properties, it is only precious to do a little research and find out all the benefits. I think that for very little money you get a lot for your health.
