Very good for women and hormonal balance
Excellent for balancing estrogen methylation and proper estrogen detox, as well as minimizing oxidative stress. That makes it a super supplement for women in perimenopause or menopause, or who have problems or risks related to estrogen metabolism (in my case, a history of hormonal breast cancer). I take it as a preventative and daily booster. Very good cost-benefit.
Excelente para equilibrar metilación y detox adecuado de estrógenos, además de minimizar el estrés oxidativo. Eso lo hace un super suplemento para mujeres en perimenopausia o menopausia, o que tienen problemas o riesgos relacionados al metabolismo estrogénico (en mi caso, un histórico de cáncer de mama hormonal). Lo tomo como preventivo y refuerzo diario. Muy buen coste-beneficio.
