I take transresveratrol with NMN which lowers homocysteine levels in the blood. With TMG I maintain the correct blood levels. It also has a certain value in improving mood (it is used in treatments for depression caused precisely by low homocysteine levels).

Taken on offer to replace the powdered one I was used to, so I can split the intake more conveniently pre and post workout. The powder also with the higher summer temperatures at home melts and creates very hard blocks, which doesn't happen with capsules.
Presa in offerta per sostituire quella in polvere alla quale ero abituato, così riesco a dividere l'assunzione in modo più pratico pre e post workout. La polvere inoltre con le temperature estive più alte in casa fonde e crea dei blocchi durissimi, cosa che con le capsule non succede.
