Good supplement, only with a pill I think it is too little because in an adult is advised an average intake of 3,000 mg of potassium per day and with the diet we do not even reach 50% normally.

Buen suplemento, solo que con una pastilla pienso que es poco ya que se en un adulto se aconseja un consumo medio de 3.000 mg de potasio al día y con la dieta no llegamos ni al 50 % normalmente.
