Practical and healthy
I tried it for the first time 2 or 3 years ago. It's the best thing I've found for keeping iodine levels balanced all year round, to ensure good thyroid function. You can see the difference. And I always prefer to get each nutrient from a natural source, like seaweed in this case!

I have been taking it for some time now since my thyroid function is sluggish and I am doing quite well. I take it together with green juices or water and lemon juice and it's great, the taste can be tolerated perfectly.

I seem to have thyroid problems
I put it directly into my mouth and then drink water to swallow it, it seems to be working for me because in 4 days it has deflated the brutal fluid retention that I suffer, before I ate a couple of cloves of garlic on an empty stomach and it helped me a lot, the problem is the breath that leaves you, now with this product I do not have this problem.
Pues a pasárselo como se pueda, yo me lo meto directo a la boca y después bebo agua para tragarlo, parece que me va funcionando pues en 4 días me a deshinchado la retención de líquidos brutal que padezco, antes me comía un par de dientes de ajo en ayunas y me ayudaba bastante, el problema el aliento que te deja, ahora con este producto no tengo este problema.

For seasoning as a condiment
