Very good formula

I was taking the Ultra Omega 3 IFOS and I switched to this one, which has more EPA and DHA in just one capsule, one capsule per day, much more comfortable and convenient. I am very satisfied and I recommend it to improve cognitive function, sports performance and good skin and mucous membranes.

I used to buy omega3 ifos, but when I saw that there was this premium product I didn't think twice. Omega 3 is one of my must-have supplements.

Very good product

I have noticed improvement in both hair and skin. However, it may repeat a little, although much less than other brands.

He notado mejoría tanto en el pelo como en la piel. Eso sí, puede que se repita un pelín, aunque mucho menos que otras marcas.
