Very good product

A basic, has the IFOS seal which is an added, for me indispensable. It has not caused me any discomfort or fishy taste.

The capsules are swallowed well, do not taste like anything... the truth is that they are very good in every way. It says that the daily dose is 1 capsule, but as it has 0.75gr of omega I take 2, one in the morning and one at night.

Las cápsulas se tragan bien, no tienen sabor a nada... la verdad que muy bien en todos los sentidos. Pone que la dosis diaria es de 1 cápsula, pero como tiene 0,75gr de omega yo me tomo 2, una por la mañana y otra por la noche.

Very good omega3. In opaque bottle so that it does not lose properties and with very good amount of DHA and EPA in the form of TG, which is what is best assimilated. The capsules are a bit big but since it is only 1 pill a day it doesn't matter much.

Muy buen omega3. En bote opaco para que no pierda propiedades y con muy buena cantidad de DHA y EPA en forma de TG, que es lo que mejor se asimila. Cápsulas un poco grandes pero al ser solo 1 píldora al día no importa mucho.

I wouldn't skimp on fish oil. This fish oil has the IFOS badge, which at least gives me a good feeling for quality.

Beim Fischöl würde ich nicht sparen. Dieses Fischöl hat das IFOS Badge, was mir zumindest schon mal ein gutes Gefühl für Qualität gibt.
