I am vegan and I was surprised by this protein. It has a high satiating power. It is not heavy at all. I have combined it with the chocolate vegetable protein flavoring (less than 100 grams of flavoring for 500 grams of unflavored protein). And nutritionally it is very complete in view of the nutritional table. I recommend it. Very large packaging for the product. Be eco. Adjust sizes.
Soy vegana y me ha sorprendido est proteína. Tiene un alto poder saciante. No es nada pesada. Disuelve muy bien.La he combinado con el saborizante ara proteínas vegetales de chocolate ( menos de 100 grs de saborizante por 500 de proteína sin sabor). Y nutricionalmente es muy completa a la vista de la tabla nutricional. La recomiendo. Envase muy grande para el producto. Sean eco. Ajusten tamaños.

I have already more than tasted, as I have consumed the whole package (now I have brown rice). The taste is not pleasant, but this is not a criticism, as I already knew it. It is more natural as it does not contain flavorings or sweeteners. It is good for the digestive system, I recommend it.
Ya he más que probado, pues he consumido el paquete completo (ahora tengo de arroz integral). El sabor no es agradable, pero no es una crítica, pues ya lo sabía. Es más natural al no llevar saborizantes ni edulcorantes. Sienta bien a nivel digestivo, la recomiendo.

Good product but packaging could be improved
I buy it regularly and the taste is not bad, it tastes like lentils. It makes me bloat and the packaging makes it difficult to extract the dose without getting your hands dirty. The same packaging is used for both 500g and more and you have to put half an arm in to get the dose out.
Compro habitualmente y el sabor no es malo, sabe a lenteja. A mi me hincha y el embalaje dificulta extraer la dosis sin ensuciarte las manos. El mismo embalaje su usa para 500g como para más cantidad y tienes que meter hasta medio brazo para sacar la dosis.

To make hummus
It has the typical lentil flavor. I don't think it is suitable to make a pre or post workout shake, because in my opinion, it doesn't combine this flavor with anything sweet. But to make a hyperproteic lentil hummus restricting carbohydrates, it is ideal. Water, lentil protein, a little lemon juice and spices to taste, I do not put anything else and it's good.
Tiene el típico sabor de la lenteja. No creo que sirva para hacer un batido pre o post entreno, porque en mi opinión, no combina este sabor con nada dulce. Pero para hacer un hummus de lenteja hiperproteico restringiendo hidratos, pues es ideal. Agua, proteína de lenteja, un poco de zumo de limón y especias al gusto, yo no pongo nada más y está bueno.

Complete Aminogram
I saw it as a new option to interchange with the rest of the proteins I use and I liked it a lot, I don't notice any weird taste together with vegetable drink and pure cocoa and it has a complete aminogram, I'm happy.
