Easy to prepare kefir

Kefir powder is very easy to prepare and a good thing is that it does not expire. I mix it with water and sometimes I add protein and it tastes very good.

Kéfir en polvo, es muy fácil de preparar y un lo bueno es que no caduca. Lo mezclo con agua y a veces le echo proteina y sabe muy bueno.

Good conservation

I like it because you can have it and use it when you feel like it without having to do a quick consumption. It is easy to dissolve and the flavor is a little strong but it looks authentic.

Me gusta porque así puedes tenerlo y usarlo cuando te apetezca sin tener que hacer un consumo rápido. Es fácil de disolver y el sabor es un poco fuerte pero se ve auténtico.

Surprisingly good

I usually buy fresh kefir and it was difficult for me to have it every week because it is not advisable to keep it open. This format makes it much easier to always have kefir ready, the taste is very good (a little less acidic than the fresh one) and it dissolves well.

Suelo comprar el fresco y se me hacía complicado tener todas las semanas por lo poco que es aconsejable tenerlo abierto. Este formato facilita mucho tener siempre kefir listo, el sabor es muy bueno (un poco menos ácido que el fresco) y se disuelve bien.

This kefir is such an invention that you don't have to worry about refrigerating it. In my case I added it to the protein powder in my post-workout shake.

I really like the flavor, I was having trouble finding the right texture. I think that beating with a shaker gives a good texture without lumps.
