It seems that taking it continuously helps to memorize better. I have passed an exam, I don't know if the bacopa has helped because it is difficult to determine but I will buy it again for my partner for when she studies hers.

Long-term functional
I have been taking 1-2 capsules daily for a year for 3 months and with 15 day breaks. I can say that the short term effect is none. In the medium term you already feel greater daily serenity, greater control and stability of emotions and better short and long term memory. I recommend it if you are a student or if your work requires a lot of mental effort. It combines very well with Rhodolia Rosea.

I bought it recently because of its scientific evidence. I liked that it was only one capsule a day. So far I have noticed a slight cognitive improvement although it is still too early to confirm its 100% effectiveness. Still, positive results and I recommend it.
