Long-term functional

I have been taking 1-2 capsules daily for a year for 3 months and with 15 day breaks. I can say that the short term effect is none. In the medium term you already feel greater daily serenity, greater control and stability of emotions and better short and long term memory. I recommend it if you are a student or if your work requires a lot of mental effort. It combines very well with Rhodolia Rosea.

Llevo un año tomando 1-2 cápsulas diarias durante 3 meses y con descansos de 15 días. Puedo decir que el efecto a corto plazo es ninguno. A medio plazo ya sientes mayor serenidad diaria, mayor control y estabilidad de las emociones y mejor memoria a corto y largo plazo. Lo recomiendo si eres estudiante o si tu trabajo requiere de mucho esfuerzo mental. Se combina muy bien con Rhodolia Rosea.

It seems to me a very effective and quality product, the only downside I see is that the size of the capsules is large and hard to swallow.

Positive results

I bought it recently because of its scientific evidence. I liked that it was only one capsule a day. So far I have noticed a slight cognitive improvement although it is still too early to confirm its 100% effectiveness. Still, positive results and I recommend it.

Good product at an excellent price

I have already taken Bacopa in several orders, especially as a substitute for Magnesium Threonate. It improves memory and cognitive abilities and is quite economical, considering that only one capsule is taken daily.
