I recommend to take them especially if we do not have the opportunity to sunbathe a lot every day, I recommend taking them with vit K2 or buy them containing it.

I have just started taking vitamin D3. But so far, the presentation and value for money is good. I can't yet give an opinion on the effectiveness although I give it 5 stars because I don't doubt HSN.
Acabo de empezar a tomar la vitamina D3. Pero de momento, la presentación y la relación calidad precio es buena. Aún no puedo opinar sobre la efectividad aunque le pongo 5 estrellas porque no dudo de HSN.
