My husband has been taking it for a while now, over 6 months, and he still can't tell the difference. The smell and taste are not very pleasant. If the composition in the description really is the composition of the supplement, I can say that it has good ingredients.

Very good value for money, good ingredients and high concentration compared to similar products. The only downside is that you have to take 4 capsules daily and that the taste is strong. I hope it will soon give its results. I recommend it 100%.

I bought this supplement because it contains L-Carnitine. I have not finished it and the goal has been achieved. I couldn't say how much the product has influenced me but we had been trying it for a few months before we started taking it. The taste is strong and the capsule is large, but it is super tolerable.
