Very good for preparing vegan burgers and falafel. It has a pleasant taste. Compared to other chickpea flours this one is of better quality and texture. The airtight container allows it to be stored without spoiling.

Essential in eggless cooking, since you can make vegetable egg batter with chickpea flour and water, and use it for a multitude of preparations without eggs. It does not taste like chickpeas, and we add fiber and other interesting nutrients in addition to vegetable protein.
