I was pleasantly surprised by this spinach and kale pack. I am a person who has constipation problems, and on the second day of taking it, I was already going to the bathroom regularly. It is true that they have a very intense vegetable flavor, but for me it is not a problem, because I value more the benefits it brings me. I also mix it with coconut and rice milk, which softens it a little.
