Maca for me, moringa for my mother
I bought this pack of which I only try the maca, the moringa I give to my mother. Taking maca powder is always hard. Not only because of the lumps that form, but also because its taste is.... But if you have no other way to take it, other than in powder form, go for it.
Compré este pack del cual solo pruebo la maca, la moringa se la doy a mi madre. Tomar la maca en polvo siempre es duro. No solo por los grumos que se forman, sino también porque su sabor es... Pero si no tienes otra forma de tomarla, más que en polvo, para adelante.

A plus of energy
Great for smoothies with fruit and protein. A plus of energy in the morning or in the afternoon. The taste is not unpleasant, although you have to get used to it, especially with moringa. Now I add it not only in smoothies, I also make pancakes with it.
Genial para batidos con fruta y proteína. Un plus de energía en la mañana o en la tarde. El sabor nada desagradable aunque hay que acostumbrar al paladar, sobre todo con la moringa. Ahora la añado no solo en batidos, también hago pancakes con ella.
