All good and helps digestion and... I wish it had left more of a minty aftertaste. I am a fan of it.

Breath and digestion more pleasant. I do not repeat other foods as much. As for gas, I haven't noticed much improvement.

Aliento y digestión más agradable. No me repiten tanto otros alimentos. En cuanto a gases no he notado mucha mejoría.

Of the many enzymes I've tried, this is the only one that gives me relief. There's a catch... they burst too soon.... . you can feel the burning freshness of the mint going up your esophagus. If they were GASTRORESISTANT capsules, they'd be perfect

De muitas enzimas que já experimentei, esta é a única que sinto alívio. Tem um senão… Rebentam cedo demais… Sente-se o ardor, frescor, da menta a subir pelo esófago. Se fossem cápsulas gastroresistentes seriam perfeitas.

Breath

I think it is super effective to remove bad breath,since from the stomach you notice how the smell of mint rises ,but sometimes just eaten can be a little uncomfortable belching mint,still I recommend it .

Creo que es súper efectivo para quitar el mal aliento,ya que desde el estómago te notas cómo sube el olor a menta ,pero a veces recién comido puede ser un poco incómodo los eructos de menta,aún así lo recomiendo .

Good product

I notice the difference between taking it and not taking it, I feel a little better in my stomach when I take it. However, if I don't eat it with a meal I get a lot of reflux.

Noto la diferencia entre tomarlo y no, me siento un poco mejor del estómago al tomarlo. Eso sí, si no lo como con alguna comida me da muchísimo reflujo.

I use it for digestive problems

I use it when I have stomach pain or intestinal problems such as colic or gas. It repeats the peppermint essential oil but it is normal.

Very good option to take when you feel stomach heaviness or pain due to gas accumulation. The only drawback is that it sometimes repeats mint flavor.

I bought it because I suffer from dyspepsia and the truth is that it helps a lot although it is not miraculous. It is especially noticeable when you are taking it for several days.
