Of the many enzymes I've tried, this is the only one that gives me relief. There's a catch... they burst too soon.... . you can feel the burning freshness of the mint going up your esophagus. If they were GASTRORESISTANT capsules, they'd be perfect

I think it is super effective to remove bad breath,since from the stomach you notice how the smell of mint rises ,but sometimes just eaten can be a little uncomfortable belching mint,still I recommend it .

I notice the difference between taking it and not taking it, I feel a little better in my stomach when I take it. However, if I don't eat it with a meal I get a lot of reflux.
