Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for more than 30 years and until a week ago I did not find out that this magnesium helps to relieve symptoms and fatigue, among other things. I was very tired and almost no strength at all, I've only been taking it for a few days and I'm starting to notice I'm more animated and with some strength. The pills are a little big, but I have no problem taking them.

Tengo fibromialgia diagnosticada desde hace más de 30 años y hasta hace una semana no me enteré de que este magnesio ayuda a aliviar los síntomas y el cansancio, entre otras cosas. Estaba muy cansada y casi sin fuerzas para nada, llevo sólo varios días tomándolo y ya empiezo a notar me más animada y con algo de fuerza. Las pastillas un poco grandes, pero yo no tengo problemas para tomarmelas.

Magnesium for joint pain

I take only one tablet in the morning, because at night I take magnesium bisglinate. At the moment I have no joint pains, this magnesium is for pains. Tablets with good size, no taste and no repeat. It is very good.

Me tomo solo un comprimido por las mañanas, porque por la noche me tomo bisglinato de magnesio. Por el momento no tengo dolores articulares, este magnesio es para dolores. Pastillas con buen tamaño, sin sabor y no se repiten. Está muy bien.

Triple effect

I take one capsule of malate...one capsule of citrate and one capsule of bisglycinate and have found it to be most effective.

Essential

I have tried several types and formats of magnesium and this is one of the ones I value the most. I really like the fact that it comes in tablets, easy to swallow and without taste. It helps me a lot especially with fatigue and to keep my teeth healthy, I can't miss it.
