I have tried it in the first bottle without exercising for health reasons and I did not notice any change and in the second one by exercising 3 to 4 times a week and taking it 2 times a day as indicated and yes you notice results that way, you notice it in the mirror and on your clothes. There is no taste and it is easy to take.

Lo he probado en el primer frasco sin hacer ejercicio por motivos de salud y no noté cambio alguno y en el segundo realizando ejercicio 3 a 4 veces por semana y con la toma de 2 veces al día como indica y sí que se nota resultados de esa manera, lo notas en el espejo y en la ropa. No hay sabor y es fácil tomarlo.
