I think it is a good product and together with vitamin C it is excellent. I take it for the benefits of pomegranate, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, heart-healthy, diuretic and strengthens the immune system. It has no flavor which is appreciated. I will certainly continue taking it since the pomegranate time is short.
