We always use it at home for occasional recipes such as pizza, muffins..... results very similar to gluten flours. For us, it is the best option.

It is perfect for thickening sauces, making breads or gluten-free desserts. It does not have a flavor that will change the recipe but it does leave a smooth texture. Very easy to use and suitable for that aunt who comes twice a year and is intolerant to half a fridge.
