I advise it as a mild antidepressant and it works extremely well. It helps to calm the mind and make redundant thoughts less. It does not produce drowsiness. It makes it easier to cope with everyday stress. Two capsules are usually enough. When combined with Stress care or Ashawaganda the result is quite good. Good adherence to the supplement.
