I cannot give my opinion on the efficacy on my skin, as I have just started using it, but I have to say that there is proven efficacy behind this type of ceramide.

Proven effectiveness

Appears to be effective

It is a very new product, because it is almost more of a cosmetic even though it is taken orally. If you have oily skin or acne problems, it will definitely help you a lot. A bit expensive but I'm sure it's worth it.
