Mandatory supplement

This supplement is never missing in my pantry, I notice better recovery and more strength since I take it, it does not work miracles, but it is noticeable. It is not like creatine, of course, but we can say that it is close to the potential of creatine. I take two pills before training and two after training. Very convenient format, pills a little big, a little bigger than a paracetamol.

Este suplemento nunca me falta en mi despensa, noto mejor recuperación y mas fuerza desde que lo tomo, no hace milagros, pero se nota. No es como la creatina, claro esta, pero podemos decir que se acerca al potencial de la creatina. Me tomo dos pastillas antes de entrenar y dos después de entrenar. Formato muy cómodo, pastillas de tamaño un poco grandes, un poco mas grandes que un paracetamol.
