I take this supplement along with Amla, and I think they both do their job. Cholesterol levels are seen to drop after a few months of taking them.

Good product of good brand

I received it the day after my order. With the first meal, I took them as indicated, and I must say that the anxiety to eat and the glucose peaks took them away until the evening. So far I have very good feelings and the HSN brand gives me confidence.
