Although the cream is quite good, reminding me of the Christmas sweet almond filling, I do not give it the highest rating because it comes so compact that I am finding it difficult to mix the solid part with the oily part, leaving no spreadable cream as such but sticky. It tastes good. It is 100% almond with no additives. The texture is very thick, that's true. As it is consumed it becomes more compact, but well, that happens to all almond creams. If you want it more liquid, you have to go to the other format sold in HSN, which is more liquid but a little more expensive.
