It really works!

HSN's L-Carnitine is a supplement that really works! I improved my exercise performance, lost fat and weight! To maximize effects I recommend combining it with Raspberry Ketones, Acetyl L-Carnitine or Chromium Picolinate. Excellent supplement with good value for money. I highly recommend it!

Effective if you train

Affective if you train and especially when you do aerobics. It forces the cells to burn fat instead of sugar but it is not miraculous if you take it without training it does nothing. This is an example of No pain, no gain.

Afectiva si entrenas y sobre todo cuando haces aeróbico. Fuerza que las células quemen grasas en lugar de azúcar pero no es milagroso si lo tomas sin entrenar no hace hace nada. Esto si que es un ejemplo de No pain, no gain.
