It really helps the joints, I'm a vegetarian, and most supplements for joint problems have animal parts, be it cartilage, bones, etc. Eggshell is a very rich and effective supplement, and if you add vegan glucosamine sulphate we have perfection, it really works for me, I can now get back to over 4 km walking and climbing stairs without two feet. I recommend it
Ajuda efetivamente as articulações, sou vegetariana, e a maior parte de suplementos para problemas das articulações tem partes de animais, seja cartilagens, ossos,etc a casca de ovo é um suplemento riquíssimo eficaz, e se juntar o sulfato de glucosamina vegana temos a perfeição, comigo resulta mesmo, já consigo voltar a ultrapassar os 4 km a caminhar e subir escadas sem ser a dois pés. Recomendo

I came to this page looking for this particular product because I have read all the studies published on egg membrane and it seems to me a spectacular supplement, as well as natural. I am a vegetarian and I needed to take collagen and hyaluronic, with the problem of being almost all animal. I am very happy because I see results and the published studies make it very reliable.
