Acceptable

Comfortable and nutritious

The capsules are very easy to take and the effect is already noticeable after 12 hours. You are supposed to take 2 capsules with lunch and 2 at dinner. If you take them in the evening, you already notice the effect the next morning. Intestinally, everything goes much better.

Las cápsulas son muy fáciles de tomar y el efecto se nota ya a las 12 horas. Se supone que tomas 2 cápsulas con la comida y 2 en la cena. Son la toma de la noche, ya notas el efecto a la mañana siguiente. Intestinamente, todo va mucho mejor.
