I think they have hit the nail on the head. Very good dosage. The fact that they are capsules and not pills like the other Beta-alanine capsules made me choose these. The pills were difficult to swallow.

Creo que han dado con la clave. Muy buena dosificación. el que sean cápsulas y no pastillas como las otras de Beta-alanina me hacen decantarme por estas. Las pastillas eran dificil de tragar.
