It comes in handy in competition to find that extra when fatigue starts to set in. I tried it the other day for the first time on a long run and I noticed it a lot, with caffeine on top. Very good lemon flavor.

Good option for bicycles
I don't usually use it unless the route is complicated and the tanks are empty. But when you hear that you have to use it, you feel that boost of energy to get to the end without those complications.
