Very surprised by the evolution of HSN gels, the truth is an improvement over the previous ones, good presentation format and very successful flavors with easy transport in pocket or vest. Extra energy supply at the right time during training or competition.

Good hydrogel for long workouts. I really like the taste, both lemon and pineapple, and it is very easy to take. In my case it has not given me any digestive problems.

Buen hydrogel para entrenamientos largos. Me gusta mucho el sabor, tanto el de limón como el de piña, y es muy facil de tomar. En mi caso no me ha dado ningún problema digestivo.

Very good and efficient

I love it especially that it is more liquid and no need to drink water with the gel. in 1h and a half runs I take it at 45min, and not being so long training I avoid carrying the backpack, water, etc.....

Me encanta sobretodo que es mas liquido y no hace falta tomar agua con el gel. en tiradas de 1h y media me lo tomo a los 45min, y al no ser tan largo el entreno me evito llevar la mochica , agua, etc....

A substantial improvement over previous HSN gels in terms of ingredient composition and texture. In my case the incorporation of the neutral flavor is also fundamental. Only one but: somewhat low in sodium.
